WHY DO I NEED TO PROTECT MY PAINTWORK?

From the minute your new car leaves the factory its paintwork is under attack from UV radiation and an assortment of airborne contaminants such as; acid rain, brake dust, road silt, paint overspray, industrial fallout, insect remains, tar and tree sap. HOW DOES SILVERSEAL WORK?

SILVERSEAL is a professional paintwork sealant containing fluorocarbons, specifically Poly-tetra-fluoro-ethylene or PTFE for short which is also commonly known by its trademark name Teflon, yes that is correct, the same product used to coat your frying pan, it's what gives modern pans their non-stick effect. When used on a vehicles paintwork the nanoscopic molecules bond to your paintwork on a molecular level forming a flexible but resilient 'second skin' on your vehicles paintwork giving the exact same non-stick effect. This means all of these airborne contaminants that would normally take just a matter of hours to bond to your paintwork, now find it incredibly difficult to bond to your paintwork, thus enabling them to be simply washed off. The dark bits are the airborne contaminates that have bonded to the surface.
