WHAT SIZE CATAGORY DOES MY CAR COME UNDER?
SMALL - Small hatchbacks and small 2 seat sports cars e.g. Smart FourTwo, Mazda MX5
MEDIUM - Medium hatchbacks, small saloons and coupe's e.g. Ford Focus, BMW 3 Series, Mercedes CLK

WHATS THE BENEFIT OF REGULAR, PROFESSIONAL VALETING?
Apart from the obvious benefit of owning and driving a clean and well kept car, the biggest benefit of regular professional car care becomes apparent when you consider your vehicles residual value. These days selling your used vehicle has never been more difficult, buyers expect certain standards, they expect a full service history and often won't even call if it hasn't got one, but what else are they looking for? By far the biggest deciding factor when buying a used vehicle is its condition. Regular professional vehicle care is essential to maintaining the condition of your vehicle which in turn will keep residual values high and ensure a quick sale.
YOUR PRICES SEEM HIGHER THAN OTHER COMPANIES, WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOU?
Yes at first glance our prices do appear to be higher than most other valeting companies. However the truth is they're not, we work to the same £25 hourly rate that, in our experience, most other companies work to. It's the time we spend on your car doing those all important extra little bits that many other companies miss out, it's these little extras that make all the difference and set us apart from the competition.
As well as these little and sometimes not so little extras, we guarantee all our staff will arrive fully uniformed and fully insured in clean sign written vans. As well as being trained to the highest standards they are always courteous and helpful too.
On top of all this we guarantee we use superior techniques and only the best products. Take a simple outside wash for example; we don't use dangerous pre-wash chemicals, we don’t use acidic wheel cleaners, we don’t use sponges, we don't use the same bucket of dirty water all day and we don't use chamois leathers! We only ever use a natural citrus pre-wash along with non-acidic wheel cleaners; we use the finest lambswool and microfibre washmitts always with fresh shampoo in buckets with grit guards for every vehicle and microfibre drying towels to achieve a scratch free finish evry time.
We are so sure you'll be impressed with our service that we invite all customers to watch us at work and we ask that you thoroughly check our work to ensure you are 100% satisfied before we leave. In the very rare occurrence you do manage to find something you're not completely happy with we promise to stay and correct it.
I'M SELLING MY CAR, WHAT VALET DO YOU RECOMMEND?
It is highly recommended to have an in-depth professional valet service before advertising your car for sale. Here is a quote directly from the AA "Consider a full, professional valet service. It can really make a difference to the price and how easily you can sell the car. Repair any minor paintwork damage or simple mechanical faults too."
Now we can’t help you with the mechanical side of things but we can obviously deal with the valeting, however you may not know we can also arrange to have your alloy wheels fully refurbished, new tyres fitted as well as have any dents removed and minor paintwork repairs carried out. The benefit of having us deal with all aspects of preparing your car for sale is it can all be done a lot quicker, a lot cheaper and without any of the hassle.
As far as valeting goes, unless your vehicle is already in excellent condition, we recommend you spend at least 2-5% of the value of the car as this is the amount we believe you can add to the value of your car and therefore the valet will pay for its self. We highly recommend at least a premium valet with some extra attention to the wheels and leather. However depending on your vehicle's value and condition we believe a premier or prestige valet will realise your vehicle's maximum value. For prestige and performance cars you may want to consider one of our prestigious detailing treatments.
MY CAR HAS HAD ITS PAINTWORK PROTECTED WITH DIMONDBRIGHT/ SUPERGUARD/ SILVERSEAL/ LIFESHINE ETC. WILL THIS AFFECT YOUR PRICES?
To ensure the protective coating lasts as long as possible you must be careful not to use any strong chemicals on the paintwork, taking your car through a drive through car wash or washing it with any kind of detergent will seriously compromise the integrity of the paintwork protection. We always use ph neutral shampoos to ensure we don't damage any protective coatings. However if you have a maintenance kit containing a specialist shampoo conditioner we will be happy to use your own shampoo instead.
